Log in to your PayBright account to view the status of your refund. Once a refund is applied toward your PayBright payment plan by the merchant (refund timeframes can vary by merchant), your payment plan will be adjusted accordingly and any balance owed to you will be credited to your original method of payment the following business day by PayBright. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for a refund to appear on your PayBright statement.
