Please contact the retailer directly to request your refund. Once the refund has been processed, allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your plan balance. It's important to continue to make your regularly scheduled payments while waiting on your refund to keep your PayBright account in good standing. All previously debited payments will be refunded back to your original method of payment once the refund is fully processed.
If you've received only a partial refund, your payments will remain the same, but you can expect a shorter loan term, a smaller final payment, or both.
