There are a few cases where not all details are displayed in your PayBright customer portal:
- If your agreement has been paid off and your current balance is $0
- If your agreement was processed through easyfinancial/goeasy
If you’ve made a purchase through apple.ca or at an Apple store, you can set up your account here with your name and the email address you used at checkout. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to see your purchase history and upcoming payments.
Please note that for a short period of time, Apple customers will not have the option to update payment methods or make early repayments through the customer portal. So until then, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
