Your login details to access your PayBright account are in the confirmation email we sent you when you first completed your transaction. Can't find the details? Please contact us to reset your password!
There are a few cases where not all details are displayed in your PayBright customer portal:
- If your loan has been paid off and your current balance is $0
- if your purchase was made on a Pay in 4 plan, you will not receive login details to your PayBright account. Instead, your payment schedule, and any other important details will be sent to you via email on the shipment date!
