If you are having issues entering your repayment method and aren't able to proceed past entering your online banking login, try the following steps:
- Retry after clearing your cache, using different browsers, devices, and wifi networks.
- If you have multiple accounts, retry using a different online banking account.
- If you are presented with the option to select a credit card instead of logging into your bank account, try using your credit card instead.
- Your bank may be restricting the purchase - try contacting your bank to see if your transaction is being prevented on their end
