If you are having issues receiving your PIN after entering your phone number when checking out with PayBright, please try the following steps:
- Be sure you are using your personal Canadian mobile phone number and that your phone has an SMS service enabled.
- If you have opted out of receiving PayBright text messages, please opt back in to receive your PIN by texting START to 200904.
- If you have used PayBright in the past, be sure you are using the same phone number used in your previous application(s). Have a new number? Please check out this article.
